Order Processing
Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. Please ensure your shipping address is correct as we cannot redirect packages once they are on their way to you.
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 24-72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout
- Standard Shipping: $9.00 (5-10 business days)
- Expedited Shipping: $20.00 (3-7 business days)
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100.00
Order Tracking
- Tracking Information: You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped. You can track your order using the link provided in the email.
- Delivery Issues: If you haven't received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at cs@mosamola.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping Restrictions
- International Shipping: Currently, we focus on shipping within the United States and do not offer international shipping.
- Other Shipping Restrictions: At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Marshall Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, or Armed Forces Areas.
We are actively exploring options to expand our shipping capabilities to include these regions in the future.
Delays
- Unexpected Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather, natural disasters, or carrier delays. However, we will do our best to keep you updated and work with the carrier to ensure timely delivery.
