Return Policy
Eligibility:
- We will accept returns within 14 days after delivery
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase
- A $5 handling fee will be applied to each returned order and deducted from your final refund
- A maximum of 5 returned items are accepted per order
Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item.
Return Process:
- Contact us: Email us at cs@mosamola.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number and reason for return
- Return Authorization: We will respond to you within 48 hours with the return shipping address and any additional packaging instructions
- Ship the item: Return the package with a valid tracking number within 7 days after your return request is approved. We recommend keeping a copy of your tracking number for your personal insurance, as we will not be responsible for any lost return packages
- Processing: Please allow up to 10 days for processing the refund once the package is marked delivered. You will be notified via email when the refund has been issued
Return Fees:
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs, customs, taxes, and all other fees associated with returning the product to us
- Customs duties collected upon delivery will be deducted from the final refund
Exceptions:
- We will cover the return shipping fees if the return is due to a quality issue or product damage.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, please follow these steps:
- Return the Original Item: Initiate a return as per our return policy. Ensure the item is in its original condition, unworn, and with tags attached.
- Place a New Order: Once your return is processed, place a new order for the item you desire.
If the return is due to a quality issue or product damage, we will cover the return shipping fees.
Refunds
- Processing Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
- Refund Timeframe: Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
Damages and Issues
- Defective Items: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- Reporting Issues: To report a damaged or defective item, please contact us cs@mosamola.com with photos of the item, your order number, and a brief description of the issue.
Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping: We will cover the cost of return shipping if the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). For all other returns, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Original Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
